"Got the wrong pool parts"
Ordered a few pool parts from inyopools.com. What showed up wasn’t right. One piece was the wrong size. Another didn’t even look like the part I ordered. Had to stop the whole repair. Then deal with getting it sorted out. Frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again...

The packaging showed up a little bent and roughed up, so I was slightly worried at first. After opening it and checking everything, the parts were all fine and nothing seemed damaged. Not a big issue in the end, just something I noticed when it arrived.

I managed to order the wrong pool part because apparently pool parts all have to look almost identical, which is super helpful. I emailed INYO Pools, and they got back to me with the return instructions. I sent it back, and a few days later the refund showed up. it was way easier than I expected. No runaround, no weird hassle, just a simple return and refund.

i mean, they handled my warranty issue really fast and made the whole thing easy. I appreciated how smoothly it went

I placed my order two weeks ago and somehow I’m still waiting. At this point, it feels like my package vanished into the abyss. Really frustrating experience.

I was looking for some pool parts and the prices here felt way higher than I expected. I ended up finding the exact same stuff cheaper somewhere else, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but value-wise, it definitely hurt a little.

The problem did get fixed in the end, but my first reaction was just frustration. It took forever to sort out, and I’m still annoyed about the whole thing.

"Frustrating site and no follow-up"
Trying to use the site was annoying. It was hard to find the parts I needed, and the pages loaded so slowly that I almost gave up. I also expected some kind of follow-up after reaching out, but nobody ever got back to me, which made the whole experience even more frustrating...

"Solid replacement valve"
I ordered a replacement valve and, actually, let me start over, I needed a new one and this one turned out to be really solid. The fit was right, and it’s been working well so far. I only took off one star because the packaging could’ve been better
"Inventory was off"
The site showed the pool part as in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. A few days later they told me it was actually backordered, which was frustrating since I needed it quickly. I don’t know, something about it just felt like the inventory info wasn’t being kept up to date. If an item isn’t available, that should be clear before someone checks out. I probably won’t order from them again unless they fix that

It said this part was compatible, but it ended up not fitting at all lol. Frustrating since I expected it to work
"Tech support really let me down"
I called tech support hoping they could help me figure out a pool parts issue, but they barely seemed to know what they were talking about. If a company is going to offer support, they should make sure the people answering questions actually understand the products. It’s frustrating and just doesn’t feel right to leave customers guessing.

"Good Selection and an Easy Process"
I was surprised by how many pool parts they had, including some older ones I couldn’t find anywhere local. It took me a little time to compare the options, but the ordering process itself was easy and smooth. Overall, it’s a solid site and I’d use it again. Giving 4 stars because a few parts of the site can be a little confusing at times

I tried following the install guide, but it just confused me more. I ended up reaching out to support, and after waiting around for what felt like forever, they barely helped. Frustrating experience overall

"Tracking works when it wants"
My order showed up late, and the tracking was basically useless half the time. It felt like it only updated when it wanted to, so I kept having to check over and over with no real idea where my package was. Frustrating experience overall...

"Decent overall, though maybe I expected too much"
My order did show up fine and the part worked like it was supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much. Shipping felt a little slow to me, but maybe I was just being impatient. The tracking also wasn’t super clear, unless I missed something. The site was usable, though it took me a bit longer than I expected to find the right part. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not one that really stood out.

I had to follow up twice just to get an update, the communication was absolutely not their strong point. It felt weak overall, no question about it

I swear, waiting for customer service to get back to me felt like watching a disaster unfold in slow motion. My pool issue was just sitting there for days with no real update, and I was left wondering if anyone was even looking into it.
